To get good karma, there are two ways that I know about. First way is to get identification cards from the police station. But that would take up alot of space in your items bags( whatever it's called), so there is another way. The second way is to kill the eastside mobster. I think he will always be there, no matter how many times you killed him. He is found behind the Steel And Hawk, beside the Wallymart. You get charm and +62 Karma everytime you kill him.
