first you need your birth cert, passport, if your under 21 you need letter from father and mother saying they give you permission to get married,,, if your over 21 you just need letter stating that they are aware of your intent to marry, if your over 25 you don't need letter at all.....
also, they must be signed and dated.
you goto the American services part of the US embassy, don't bring cell phone or camera. you will have to leave them outside, and will get stolen, prepare to wait in line if you don't get there early. take a number, take a seat, wait for awhile,, sometimes long, sometimes short..
