MAIN # First make sure you have a type of Hatchet. # Next go to the Lumbridge General Store and walk West (left) until you reach some normal trees and oak trees. Cut these trees until level 15 WC. With the logs you can 1, Sell them at the general store (quick money, more time to raise experience) or 2, Store them in your bank at the top of Lumbridge Castle (you can sell them at the GE for more money later, less time to raise experience). # Once at level 15 WC cut oaks and upgrade your hatchet and do the same thing as step 2 until level 30 WC. !REMEMBER KEEP UPGRADING YOUR HATCHET AS SOON AS YOU CAN! It will help cut trees faster. # Once level 30 WC you can either go to Draynor Village and cut the Willows there and store them in your bank (you can sell them at the GE for more money later, less time to raise experience) or you can go to Rimmington and cut Willows, Oaks and Trees (if you sell the logs at the general store but you won't get much money, though you will get more time for experience. # From level 60 Wc to level 99 WC you should cut yews, willows and oaks (don't worry about normal trees they're useless). Once level 41 WC you should buy a Rune Hatchet.

There are no cheats in RUneScape. Getting level 99 in ANYTHING requires a considerable effort.
The only way you can even obtain any skill is that if for example you got a level 99 skill in nonmembers world you can't just buy one from anywhere you have to be a member to buy a skill cape but then if you wanted to for some odd reason cancel your membership eighter way once you are wearing it you can use the skill capes emotes in nonmembers and members world when ever you want to but the capes bonus wont work in nonmembers though.
