Definitely the shiny lucario. Mainly because it is shiny increases its rarity and because it's not a legendary means that you can use it in the battle tower and other spots that don't allow legendaries.

It's not BRILLIANT, but it's OK. Just because you have a bunch of legendaries doesn't mean they will win you battles. My team is: Infernape lvl 97 Empoleon lvl 86 Pidgeot lvl 84 Leafeon lvl 93 Feraligatr lvl 98 Electivire lvl 100 I have legendaries but their only lvl 70's and 50's. by isobella lyth

It depends on their skillset and if they are EV trained or not. But overall level 100 Pokemon are quite strong.

My Pokemon team is a bit advanced.. I traded my friend for an Arceus and i got a Manaphy in Pokemon rangers in which i did an event for Darkrai caught Palkia and Dialga and A giratina raised them all to level 100 so my team is as the following.. Arceus lvl. 100 Manahpy lvl. 100 Darkrai lvl. 100 palkia lvl. 100 Dialga lvl. 100 Giratina lvl. 100
