**INSTRUCTIONS**

1. Go to your Calculator app in your Poketch. Enter the national dex # of the Pokemon you want and press "L"

2. Press "C" with the stylus on your calculator to clear it, then put in the level you want your Pokemon to be. So if you want it to be Lv.100, put in 100 then press "R"! and then clear it! (NOTE: it can't be anything over Lv.100!)

3. Then enter the number 4 and press "SELECT".

If you don't have an action replay and don't want to cheat, you can also transfer a manaphy egg from the Pokemon ranger games, after you've completed them.
