You need to become really good friends with someone, then the romantic option will appear, you serenade them, and romatic hug ect. then purpose option will appear, don't click it. go to fashion and grooming, and remove all your clothes, go to a double bed, and relax, then go to the person you want to get married to, and take off his clothes, go to the bed and relax, then click woohoo, do it a couple times, and then click purpose, if it doesn't work, repeat process.

first you get a crafting bench and press the clothing icon. then you go onto hats and you will find a marriage beanie (craft it). then you press the clothing icon again and go onto jewelry plans and craft a necklace that is called aloha wedding lei (a necklace made out of white habiscus flowers). then put them two objects on and go to the person you want to marry. (make sure you have a high relationship with him or her) go onto romantic and press propose then you should be married!
