most yards supplies itIn order to get health mashes, you need to board your horse at an equestrian center that currently has health mashes in stock. You can find out if a center has health mashes by looking at the icons next to the name of each center. If there is a red rectangular-shaped icon next to the name of a center, it means the center has at least one health mash in stock. You can only buy Energy Mashes (5% more energy) and Calorific Mashes (10% more morale) from the store. If you need Health mashes, the only way you can is if you're boarded at an Equestrian Center that has grown the necessary items and made some mashes. Before you board your horse next time, research the EC's page and it should tell you how many Health Mashes it has. I've gotten into a 60 Equu EC and gotten Health Mashes before, so you don't have to spend a thing besides boarding fees. Hope this helped better!
