Also in Pokemon dungeon blue/red rescue team you can only get Pokemon from the first 3 Pokemon regions (kanto, johto, and/or hoenn). If you want to get a magnezone on explorers of time/darkness/sky, you can simply just get a metal coat thingy go, to the luminous spring, and evolve your magnemite with the held item on it.
