You can't. Moisture collects in them when there is a crack in the lens assembly. Even if it is a tiny crack. You have to replace the lens assembly.
Use a hair dryer to get moisture out of lens, find any cracks use clear rtv silicone to seal the cracks. You can also put some around the seam where the front and back half come together. has worked for me in the past.
