By completing the various achievements like used car salesman. but the best armor is hayabusa and u get it by collecting all 13 skulls. a good faq for doing so can be found on supercheats.com

For the eod armor: armor-complete tsavo highway ledgendary. shoulders-complete the ark on ledgendary. helmet-complete campain on ledgendary.

For Security helmet and katana: Complete all the original achievements

HINT: The new achievements can help you get katana and security helmet, but not alone, even out the achievement's if u suck at lone wolves then do the new achievements, I got it without doing meta game achievements and only 1 or 2 lone wolves achievements and the rest was new achievements and old!!!

i had like no armour before and then i did campaign on legendary and got all the skulls and terminals, and pow! now u have almost all of the armour!!!!!!!

If you beat the campaign on Legendary you get full EVA, EOD, and some Elite armor. If you get all the skulls you get Hayabusa, but I wouldn't recomend wearing it because almost all the noobs I meet online wear it, and also it is over-used.

I think you get ODST helmate by getting the rank of recruit.

Also for Security Kantana you can also get it by get over 1000 gamer score
