Itunes librarary has a movie on it that a friend sent you on a memory stick. Itunes is saying the movie cannot be found and would you like to locate it but it can't. The movie is still on the ipod.?
It sounds like the movie was never added to the library but was viewed from the memory stick which is why iTunes is unable to find it again.
