Firstly you need a computer and some video conversion software..there are several free on the internet to download. You then convert your source video to a format the PSP can read.
These conversion programs usually have an option to convert to PSP, Mobile Phone etc. Either load the memory card into a card reader, or connect your PSP via USB cable to the computer, then when prompted by the conversion software, choose the memory card as the target folder.(remember to choose the video folder on the memory card).And then you're done.
the diffident between them is there region locked so if you get a American psp and you have a UK psn account and you try downloading a game or video it may not work the same for UMD moves
It depends I mean like depending on the moves and caws the psp is better, but the ds has better match types.

Psp street is much better i have psp 3000 and psp street and psp street is better then psp i would say.

There is no psp emulator that works without the psp. There is a psp emulator for the PC if u wanted to play psp games.
