It takes time to create a portion of muscle and unlikely you will achieve a noticeable mount of muscle in a week. However, you can't start gaining muscle if you didn't start exercise. Keep going on lifting weight as much as you can, challenge your limit but don't over do it. Good luck!!!

Well you can't just get muscles overnight or in a day. It takes hard work and dedication... going to the gym might work
