It really depends on a couple things, such as 1.) if the wiki in question allows file uploads, and 2.) if the wiki allows music-type files ( .mp3, .wav, .ogg, etc...) to be uploaded. On MediaWiki-type wikis, like Wikipedia, you would go to the upload form and instead of a picture, select your music file. The file will be uploaded in the Image namespace, but will display an audio icon to play it when you embed it in a page.
There may be a wiki out there where you can purchase a piece of music, but we aren't one of them. See link.
