Your mom is "hard on you" because she wants you to grow up to be the best possible person and accept responsibility. My guess is you haven't done something she asked you to do or you are not accepting responsibility in school or at home. She knows you have the ability and are smart and it is her job not to baby you. You can't "make" her do anything. In fact the more you moan and groan or pout ( you know you are) the more stubborn she will get. Get with the program. Life will be easier.
