I got Maple's pic and Elmer's pic. Send your best friend about 2 letters every 5 days, (10) and be nice to them by running errands, sending gifts and do this for about 3 months. ( you can fast forward time which is a good idea) and you should be their best friend in town forever. This is a good idea because when they leave, you will still have their pic. Well you can do it one of two ways:

1. If you know the persons username you click on your phone in the bottom right-hand corner and turn it on. Then you click add and type in the username and click add. The person will then get a friend request and if they say yes, you will be added to their friend list and they will be added to your friend list.

2. If you don't know their username you can go to the tournament arena and choose a game. Then click "find me an opponent". You will be matched up with someone who has done the same as you. After the game (you have to play the whole game) click on "add to friends list". They will get a friend request and if they say yes, you will be added to their friend list and they will be added to your friend list.

All you do is talk to them, and do their favors. Also, if you do their favors, you get a little awesome present.

Neighbors will just automatically move in. You have no control of who moves in; the neighbors just move in after a while.
