Nowadays, to get noticed on YouTube you need to do something extremely controversial or funny.
A good idea would be if you caught a funny moment on camera and uploaded.
Maybe you could do blogs or make your own mini cartoon series.
Something like that.
But really, it's all down to what you want to do, and if you work hard enough people will notice and watch your videos.
Once you've made a video, post it on facebook/twitter/tumblr or any social networking site so you get noticed!
