How do you get o the other areas of the fight survival and resort areas in Pokemon Diamond?

In Pokemon Diamond My pokedex is complete but it won't let me into the survival or resort areas i used an Action Replay tho. Help?

AnswerIn the battle zone there are 3 areas. The Fight Area,The Survival area and the resort area. When you go to the battle tower in the fight area, that and the survival area are for training. The Resort Area is (I think) Where your Pokemon get massaged. Wrong that's all wrong the battle zone is the zone to battle duh!
