If you mean PC (which i hope)my answer is for PC: if you've tried exiting off and coming back and that didn't work, Try to do this: press down ctrl+shift+c and type help and some stuff will show up. Codes. Look through them, and I'm pretty sure I saw one for sensors off. Yeah, and there's other codes too, if you need help.
