How do you get on Adventure Camp?

First you have to make a five minute video telling all about yourself and why you should be on adventure camp. The video can be on VHS,MiniDV,or DVD but it should not have any music on it. It should include you full name,age and date of birth,grade in school,your parents or gurdians names,your home address,phone number and email.
