You can just ask a girl(boy) that you have feelings for if they wanna hang-out some time. Then they say 'yes' and you have a date but you have to ask them "what time is good for you???" ORyou ask "where do YOU want to go???" BUT both of them make hearts when they are put together. So my advice ask all of the questions one this thing.
