Tell them that you are moving. They will ask for proof of address, like mail or a bill. Tell them you have nothing of the sort at the moment and your parents pay your bills or whatever excuse that you can. They will usually tell you to have the person you are going to be living with to write them an e-mail stating so, and their address. Just pretend to be a relative and then give them the address of that relative. (make sure its someone who lives a few hours or states away and is not in the radius of another Golds Gym). That did the trick for me! :D

Membership varies, your choice from 3 months and up; of course, you decide depending upon how much of a commitment you feel comfortable with. Always remember, if you decide on a long term membership with any health club/gym, should you decide earlier than agreed upon to cease to attend, you are still financially responsible for the entire term of the contract. I had a friend who tried to sell their contract; but, failed to do so and had to pay out the entire contract to avoid future credit issues.
That depends on which golds gym you visit and what state you are located. The cost of an unlimited Fitness membership varies from state to state. You would have to visit the gym.
