When you are with Mordred (the Binary Bard's dream), you need to stop the doors from opening and closing. Go to Captain Crawfish's dream, get the red key from over the door, and open the chest on the lower deck. The Stopwatch lets you freeze time in Mordred's dream. Stop time when the door is all the way open, and you can go through.

Once you get through the first door, you will have to Dodge Merlin the Owl to freeze the second door when it is at its widest. In the next room, you have to freeze the mouse at the far right so you can stand on him to jump over the wall.
