How do you get the outfits on Tomb Raider legend?

Most of the outfits in the Tomb Raider games are unlocked by collecting the relics in the game but i think some are got buy the time trials correct me if i am wrong

but that's how i got them anyway.

when u complete Bolivia and all the rest of the places, during them u will find those reward things and if u collect all of them, you unlock clothes. :)
