How do you get over someone that you haven't seen or talked to in 3 years and you are happily married now but every now and then this man pops up in my head and i can't get him out for a week or so?

Remember why this person was your ex in the first place as well as simply realize you are married and you married your current partner and husband. Everyone tends to think of someone every now and then from their past but don't dwell on it. Maybe you never gave yourself a chance to get over him or don't forgive yourself for something from that time. If you find this continues maybe you should consider a psychiatrist/psychologist to guide you through this.
