If a man hasn't seen or talked to you for a month and made no effort to contact you that may have been because he was busy. It might also be because he was romantically involved with someone else and unable to keep in touch.

I mean, maybe if you talked excessively you could have a slightly increased risk, so don't overdo it. But texting (as far as I know) is not too much of a big deal.
