well ask any singer you meet no matter how famous and they will say that the butterflies never completely go away.a good way to become less nervous would be to not make eye contact with the audience find a stage that's higher than eye level or imagine them in their under wear but that always makes me laugh.
There are lots of different ways to make your singing voice better. You will learn how to do these things over time if you take singing lessons. Taking singing lessons is probably the best way.
