Apathy is when you've put your all into something and you realise you're getting nothing back?

Or is it because there's so much "stuff" flying around you're finding it hard to care any more?

Whatever it is, be positive - your positivity will be infectious.

If you can't be positive, then find something you can be enthusiastic about - what used to float your boat as a child? That's normally a really good place to start - there must be loads of things you'd like to do again?

To get past apathy, it can help to set small, achievable goals for yourself, break tasks into smaller steps, seek support from friends or a therapist, and engage in activities that bring you joy or purpose. Also, exploring the reasons behind your apathy and addressing any underlying issues can be beneficial in overcoming it.
