To get into the Nellis AFB you have to go to the road next to Field's' Shack and there will be a guy there that will talk to you. He will ask you if you want to buy how to get past them but say no. it costs caps that really would be stupid to do. All you have to do is hug the rocks on the left side and when you get close enough to the fence they will stop firing at you. If you are on Hardcore mode then i recommend that you leave your companions back because they do not hug the rocks so they die easily. Once you get into nellis and start the boomers quest they will not fire at you so you can go back and get them after.
