Go to the pressure chamber (upper left). Get in the chamber and click High Pressure. You must act quickly and move your character to the bottom left corner, to squeeze past the boxes to the door.
(You should also go to the eye-color changing station. Change your eyes to purple. This will help later.)

Where is the infirmary on lunar colony island?
It is part of the Research Lab, just north (above) the main lunar base. You will find the Locator Device there. Drive there in the rover, pull away the meteor with the winch, and use the pressure chamber to squash you so you can slip past the boxes to the Infirmary door. Inside, grab the medi-hose and go straight up and left to the center hub, then back down and right to the maintenance area.
