You need the stopwatch from Captain Crawfish's dream. It lets you stop the swinging doors when they are open the widest. It also stops the spinning spike plants (temporarily) so you can jump onto their flat sides.
The robot owl keeps you from standing next to the door to freeze it open. Jump left, then right to reach the door and freeze it before he can grab you.
In the Binary Bard's dream, Merlin the Owl is preventing you from freezing the door open when you need to. Run past him to the left, then back to the right just as the door opens, and you can freeze it open before he can stop you.
