If you want to evolve your plant go to Crazy Dave's shop there will be a few evolutions for your plants. If you want to go to Crazy Dave's shop you have to find his car key in adventure mode. Just keep killing Zombies then one of the zombies will drop Crazy Dave's car key. Hope this helped.
