ok, you need to have two sims who are in love. have them relax on a bed and have them cuddle and kiss and whatnot you can then select "Try for baby" if it works there will be a chime, if not then you can keep trying. the next day she'll have a baby bump, her stomach will "pop" once more the next day and on day three she'll have the baby
