This is a gray area. I suppose that if they sent it to you, with your name and address, there would be no proof that you were asked to send it to someone else. However, if you are sending something illegal, or shouldn't be sending this package for some reason (why can't this person send the package to the final destination themselves?) then you would be an accessory to a crime.
