pancrease releases three different enzymes. these are:
Proteases - breaks down proteins
Amylase - breaks down carbs
lipase - breaks down fats
Protease is a protein-degrading enzyme produced in the pancreas.
The pancreas secretes enzymes that acts upon fats, carbohydrates, and protein. For example, the enzyme lipase helps to break down fats. Other enzymes are protease and carbohydrase.
# Mouth - amylase # Stomach - protease # Pancreas - lipase, carbohydrases, proteases # Small intestine - [ditto pancreas]
The villi, saliva, the liver and the pancreas or the large intestine.
Enzymes are used to break down foods. Some enzymes are: Amylase for carbohydrates. Protease for proteins. Lipase for fats.
Pancreas.
the mouth adds saliva and that breacks down the food
Protease is produced in the Pancreas along with many other enzymes such as Pancreatic Amylase. It breaks down protein into Amino Acids for digestion. It is also made in the small intestine and Stomach.

Protease enzymes
The enzyme is mainly found in the saliva and stomach. But it can also be found in the pancreas and duodenum. =)
the salivery gland secretes saliva which contains an enzyme called amylase which reacts on carbohydrate to produce glucose.digestion of protien begins in the stomach which secrets gastric juice.fats are also digested by enzymes produced in the pancreas and the liver.
