to get raquaza you must beat red at mount silver PS at the top of mount silver. then get your new starter Pokemon from proffeser oak. then go to mr.pokemons house he will give you the red orb (if you have soul silver but blue orb if you have heart gold then go to the embrered tower on the way to the safari zone when you go there you will see groudon if you have the red but kyorge if you have the blue orb once you capture groudon/kyorge try to get kyorge/groudon off your freind then take them both to prof oak he will give you jade orb go to embered tower he will be there
