I suggest starting by contacting the company through which the moneygrams were transmitted. If you can prove (by identification) that you actually are the one to whom the moneygrams were addressed they MAY release the requested information to you.
However, if this is a private company they may have no obligation to release ANY records to you at all - especially if they have some kind of privacy agreement with their customers (the ones sending the money) that they not release information. You will have to check further with them to determine this.
I dont think so, anyone that only accepts western union and money grams know once the money is sent they cant be traced.
