Increase your height or lose weight. Your BMI is a ratio between your weight and your height, the idea being that the normal weight for a short person is much lower than that of a tall person, and that BMI can work across both parameters. Hence if two people were the same weight, but different heights, the taller person would have the lower BMI. In two people of the same height, but different weights, the lighter person would have the lower BMI.
so going to a gym and trying to turn any fatty areas into muscle will lower ur bmi try sit ups push ups and general running cycleing.
To get your BMI, you take your weight (in pounds) and divide it by your height (in inches). Once you have that number, divide it by your height again. Now, multiply it by 705. That number is your BMI!
Body mass index is an index of your weight - and classify you as under-, correct, overweight, or obese.
The method of calculation is divide your weight in Kg by the square of your height in Metres. For example, if you are 70 kg and 1.71 m tall, the BMI would be 70/(1.71^2)=23.9
Generally anything between 19 to 25 is cosidered Normal, 25-30 is overweight and >30 is obese.
Less than 19 is underweight.
Hope I helped.

You can't spot reduce. You can only reduce your total body fat through diet and exercise.
I font think so
Reduce your total body fat. You can't selectively reduce fat in specific areas.
to reduce weight you should eat healthyer that means less fatty/greasy foods and more veggies and fruits.also having an active life style will help.
Its true that spot reduction is not possible, you will lose weight from entire body depending upon your body type and activities you are doing. The exercise such as running, jogging and other aerobic exercise are good for weight loss from thighs and lower body.
Tie a bungeerope to your waist and jump of a 60ft building, this way all the access fat will get pushed out of your body with the help of gravity.
