How do you get rejice in Pokemon Sapphire?

To get Regice in Pokemon Saphire, you have to do a lot. First, bring a Wailord that knows Surf, a Relicanth that knows Dive, (and) another Pokemon that knows Dig (, and make sure you have six Pokemon in your party) to that spot where you can dive underwater west of Pacifidlog Town. When you're underwater, go all the way south to the sign that doesn't exactly speak English, and Dive up. Go to the center of the topmost sign. Use Dig there, even though it asks if you want to go back. Go through the new hole you just "dug," and go even more north. At the center of the topmost sign, switch your Pokemon so Wailord is in front and Relicanth is last. Press the A button on the sign, then there will be an unexplicable, mysteryious earthquake. Exit that whole dungeon you just went through, and go to that rock that is surrounded by six smaller rocks southwest of that city where your father's Gym is. Enter this cave, and run to the north to the sign. Press A. Run clockwise around the walls and back to the sign without stopping or slowing down. If you hear yourself crash into the wall, but not slow down, then keep going. No matter how many times you fail, use perseverance if you really want a Regice. When you succeed, go to the next room to meet Regice.
