to catch relicanth you need 2 HMs dive and surf.you need to surf out to and area that you can dive in (you can tell the difference by how a dive area is darker than normal Surfing areas) i suggest that you use the underwater area outside of sootopolis to catch it they can be caught in seaweed (alot like on land how you catch Pokemon in the grass) they range from the levels 30-35 and there is a 5% chance of catching it
