You can delete the internet connection settings in the Nintendo 3DS System Settings.
You can use Online in all Nintendo ds titles on the 3DS. you will need to change setting for the DS internet in options on the 3DS menu, because 3DS internet connection settings is different to DS Connection settings.
When your 3DS is connected to the internet, launch system settings, then under 'other settings' find 'System update' on the 4th page.
In order to do a factory reset on a Nintendo DSi, you must "Format System Memory" within the "Settings" menu. Heed the WARNING screens that are displayed before you proceed. What's wrong with your DSi that it requires a reset? All settings should be reversible except the firmware version. I know when I had an M3i Zero I had trouble with the firmware, but it runs custom firmware anyway.
If your 3DS is updated then go to system settings, click other settings, then scroll through the pages until you see the "system transfer" button then chose Nintendo 3DS to Nintendo 3DS. However that doesn't copy it. Also extra data is deleted for that game. Also you will need to download it again.
You can. Go into the settings and click format system memory.
I bought a used 3DS xl and it had games on the sd card. I would like to reset the 3DS and log into my Nintendo Network I.D, but i don't want to loose the games already on it. How do i reset the 3DS, but still keep the gameS??
The Nintendo 3DS has Parental Controls that limit the use of online features and changes to the system settings. There is, however, no password that prevents the complete usage of the Nintendo 3DS
The parental controls have to be unlocked via the pin, or directly by Nintendo.
i know that if you delete a game that you downloaded from eShop you can re-download it but i dont think you can recover downloaded games if you reset the 3DS.
There is no 'site' that can do it, only Nintendo themselves can reset it, over the phone.
Yes, the Nintendo 3DS LL is the Japanese name for the Nintendo 3DS XL
