- My computer had been acting up so I ran the AVG and it said that the trojanhorse downloader stubby.a was found and dyfica.w. As the scan was running, my daughter mistakenly hit the cancel button. So we decided just to run it again. But now we can't. If we try to go to AVG, my computer will just shut down. So I tried to run the scan in the safe mode and it still shuts down. How can I finish this scan? Does this shut down have anything to do with this virus.
- Go to AVG www.grisoft.com and download vcleaner.exe, save to C:\ and then boot to safe mode, run vcleaner.exe.
