what i would (and have) do is walk over and budge into their conversation. if they (she) says to go away, go away, show her that you respect what she wants. if you don't go away, she might become irritated with you and not like you.

if you're friends with the guy (or possibly girl) who is flirting with her, say "hey ________ come over here i have to tell you something or something like that. if he doesn't, then you just might be screwd.

this has happened to me before, i get all worked up inside and cant control my anger and go crazy. (not literally crazy)
