By physical activity and diet. Physical activity could be structured exercise, house chores, yard work, walking the dog, taking the stairs, etc. And diet, means a balanced healthy diet. We are not talking about fad diets, or yo-yo dieting.

Some basic exercises to strengthen your arms and shoulders would also help you lose weight and gain some muscle structure. Work on your posture to make sure your shoulders are not rounded and that you are standing straight.
