The second is through the lungs. Some people might do so excessively and, therefore, have bad breath. Bad breath may not be just a lack of brushing teeth. The third way is through the skin. That's right, skin not only absorbs, but it also ejects waste. In fact, sweat contains urea, the same waste chemical found in urine. If you are excessively exuding waste through the skin, you will smell more than normal. One of the things you might seek is a liver detox. This can remove excess waste from your body, so it doesn't have to slowly leak it through the skin. You can achieve this through different dietary feats. I'll let you research what's the best way for you.
