Unfortunately, there is no permanent solution to get rid of dark circles without any makeup. In order to prevent dark circles from forming, be sure to keep hydrated and get plenty of rest. You can also minimize the effects by using cold compresses around the eye area.

∙ 10y agoyou could try soaking tea bags on your eyes for 12-15 minutes and of course the main reason to bags is lack of rest so try catch up on some sleep :)
