This may be silly, but you can put a bag of ice in your under-arms or in between your thighs. these are hot spots in your body where major veins and arteries run. when you put something cool there, it cools the blood stream. plus, it just feels very refreshing. believe it or not, Cheyenne pepper lowers the internal body temperature. so mix a 1/2 or 1/4 teaspoon of pepper in with water and chug it. it has many medicinal values and will do great things for your body all the way down.
