Search the web for Gipo Utilities programme "move on boot". It's an excellent programme that allows you to delete files that won't let you while Windows is running. If you know the name of the file then this is the software for you, I can't recommend it highly enough.
Contact AVG.
You could get a Trojan by visiting an unsafe website, and downloading an infected file.
You can refer to Symantec website. http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/backdoor.sdbot.html
First, get the newest antiviruis software or McAfee, run the viruis scan for your whole computer, look at all the infected files, then it's usually the long one with a file extension (example: Photo.JPEG.exe). That's the trojan. Now the other long one with numbers usually is the backdoor. Or you could just delete all the detected files to make it simple.
Most likely downloading and executing an infected file.
No, a Trojan virus cannot be removed from a file without deleting the file itself. Sometimes it is necessary to delete more than the infected file as a complete system recovery might be the only way to salvage the operating system.
In NOTEPAD write this: @echo off SET FILE=sqll echo y | cacls c:\windows\system32\*FILE*.dll /g Everyone:f attrib -r -s -h C:\Windows\system32\*FILE*.dll ren C:\Windows\system32\*FILE*.dll *FILE*.old del C:\Windows\system32\*FILE*.old Than change the *FILE* to the filename infected and save this as REMOVE.BAT file. Run it in normal mode and the Trojan BackDoor.Agent.BA is OUT.
A Trojan horse virus occurs in infected documents, programs and executable files. They appear as something you would be familiar with so as to trick you into opening the file.
This basically means that the keygen for the software you downloaded (to provide a serial key for the software) has become infected with a Trojan also in the file. You would probably be best deleting the software and downloading from somewhere else.
