i dont think so if you get them checked out before going to have your medical by your local GP you can say that you have had them checked out, they are a part of you you cant get rid of them they cause no threat to anyone, they are harmless i see no reason why they would reject you because of fordyce spots, and im almost certain because in the army 2 of me fellow soldiers have them on their lip quite bad... hope this helps... just get them checked out make sure they are what you think they are and you should have no problems!
