Well you should really think about it first and if they are worth having round. But if they are really messing up your life then say something like "we need to talk" and ask them to be a bit nicer. If they don't listen then just say that "We have been having some issues and I think its better if we aren't friends".
I know what i'm saying. Me and my friend had a major fall out and i told her this and I felt a lot better after and still do. (She did cry a bit but that's natural)
